Notification for ATEX certification 

Authorization by Italian ministry

First authorization of conformity assessment and certification for the directive 2014/34/EU (ATEX), was granted to ConformEx by the director general of “division iii (notified bodies and accreditation systems. measuring instruments and precious metals)” of “directorate general for consumers and market” of “department of market and protection” of “Ministry of Business and Made in Italy”.

if you need to track the decree of authorization in the official website of ministry of business and made in Italy, please: 

  • refer to the database for authorization decrees relating to the conformity assessment bodies (European directives on EC Certification), then

  • in the database table, find the line with the date 29/07/2025 (first column, act date) and act number 956 (second column), then

  • click on the arrow in the last column (access to the detail) of the same line, then

  • you will visit an information page for the first authorization for ATEX certification granted to ConformEx; and

  • in bottom of the same page, you could download the original decree document.
